This is where we set ourselves apart from most manufacturers. A laboratory sized for tens of tonnes per product reference will automatically turn down small projects: tying up a production line for just a few hundred litres is not profitable on their scale. Our equipment makes these batches possible, from 50 kg to 300 kg and more…
Specifically, this makes it possible to launch a range without tying up a disproportionate amount of cash in an initial stock, and then to increase volumes once demand is confirmed.
A condition to know before contacting us
Developing a formula takes time. Between the initial discussion and the first delivery, you have to factor in trials, validation, stability testing, the regulatory file and production.
If your project requires a launch within a tighter timeframe, let us know during our very first conversation. We will tell you if it is achievable. In some cases, starting from an existing base that we customise makes it possible to significantly shorten the schedule.

- a product classified as a medicinal product or a medical device
- the copy of a protected formula
